Sensory Spa – Policies

At Sensory Spa, we are committed to providing an exceptional experience for every guest. To ensure fairness, quality, and consistency of service, we kindly ask you to review our policies below before your visit.

Refund Policy

– All treatments and services are non-refundable once performed.

– By booking and receiving a service, you acknowledge and accept our no-refund policy.

– If you are unhappy with your treatment, please speak with our spa manager immediately so we can address your concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

– We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.

Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a 100% charge of the booked treatment or result in the forfeiture of your deposit/voucher.

– This policy ensures fairness to both our therapists and other guests.

Late Arrivals

– Arriving late may shorten your treatment time so we can remain on schedule for our next guest.

– The full treatment fee will still apply, regardless of the reduced session length.

Gift Vouchers

– Gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable.

– Vouchers must be presented at the time of booking or payment.

– They cannot be exchanged for cash and must be used before the expiry date.

Health & Safety

– Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries before your treatment begins.

– Our treatments are designed for relaxation, wellness, and cosmetic purposes only and are not a substitute for medical care.

We recommend our Sensory Signature Ritual or Glow & Radiance Journey. These curated packages offer a balanced mix of relaxation and results, ideal for first-time spa visitors looking to unwind and explore our signature offerings.

Yes. To ensure availability and provide the best experience, we recommend booking at least 1–2 days in advance. Same-day appointments may be possible depending on availability.

We use only premium, skin-safe products including:
Plant-based massage oils and soothing botanical aftercare for waxing and body treatments
Davines (Italy) for head spa and scalp care
Katherine Daniels (UK) for facial and body skincare

Just a short walk from main transport hubs, shops, and offices.

Comfortable clothing is best. We’ll provide robes, towels, and everything needed for your treatment. For waxing or massage rituals, you’ll be draped at all times for privacy and comfort.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to relax and settle in. If you’re late, we’ll do our best to accommodate, but your treatment time may need to be shortened to avoid delaying the next guest.

We kindly ask for at least 12 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice may incur a fee or lose booking deposits.

Yes! We offer both physical and digital gift vouchers — perfect for birthdays, holidays, or “just because.” You can purchase them in-spa or by contacting us directly.

Absolutely. Our Couple’s Escape Package is ideal for romantic spa days. We can also arrange custom group bookings — perfect for bridal showers, birthdays, or corporate wellness experiences.

Yes. We provide mobile treatments to Red Radisson hotel and nearby hotels. Services include massage and facials, and we bring all the essentials for a full in-room experience. Advanced booking is required.

Spa Guidelines

Appointments & Bookings

– We recommend advance booking to avoid disappointment.
– Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability.

Arrival Time

– Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to unwind before your treatment.
– Late arrivals may reduce your treatment time.

Cancellations & No-Shows

– Kindly give at least 12 hours’ notice for cancellations.
– Late cancellations may incur a 50% fee.
– No-shows will be charged the full service amount.

Health & Allergies

– Inform us of any medical conditions, pregnancy, or allergies prior to your treatment.
– We will tailor your experience accordingly.

Spa Etiquette

– Please keep phones on silent to preserve the tranquil atmosphere.
– Respect other guests’ space and peace.
– Children under 12 are not allowed in treatment areas unless booked with supervision.

Gift Vouchers

– Valid for 12 months from issue date.
– Non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash.
– Lost vouchers cannot be replaced.
